What is the Keller Williams School of Real Estate?
Keller Williams offers a digital, pre-licensing curriculum geared toward placing aspiring agents on a direct path to licensure and profitability. The Keller Williams School of Real Estate is 100% online and entirely free to students, making entry into real estate more accessible than ever before. Keller Williams School of Real Estate has not been approved for real estate licensing education or continuing education. State-approved education courses provided by Kaplan Real Estate Education.
What is the differentiator of the Keller Williams School of Real Estate?
For the first time in real estate history, the curriculum will expand beyond typical licensing education and integrate business development strategies. Students will gain tools, tips, and personalized coaching built on Keller Williams’ award-winning training programs as they progress through the pre-licensing program with KW Prep.
What’s the catch?
There is no catch! KW is removing barriers to entry to ensure individuals of ALL backgrounds can enter and experience a life-changing career in real estate.
EDUCATION:
How will instruction be delivered for the Keller Williams School of Real Estate?
Pre-licensing courses will be offered in an online, self-study format. Instructor-led courses will be available at an additional cost to the student.
What is KW Prep?
KW Prep is a curated curriculum made up of learning modules that will supplement with any licensee, regardless of the jurisdiction where they are getting their schooling. Modules focus on balancing the practical elements taught in real estate school with real-world application.

Attend a Career Event with the Keller Williams Lubbock office, where you will gain access to the KSCORE application process. RSVP to our next career night below. Please note that attending a career night is required to receive complimentary pre-licensing courses/education.

Keller Williams Realty, Inc., has an agreement with Kaplan Real Estate Education to promote online course information to consumers and real estate licensees. KSCORE, Keller Williams School of Real Estate, KW School of Real Estate, KW Prep, Keller Williams Realty, Inc., and Keller Williams market centers and franchisees (collectively “KW”) are not the developers of these prelicensing (PL) and continuing education (CE) courses; they are simply providing a referral. This program does not apply in Minnesota, New York, and elsewhere prohibited. PL and CE instruction will be provided by Kaplan Real Estate Education, a state-approved education provider (PL approved in: AL, AR, AZ, CA, CO, FL, GA, IA, IL, KY, MI, MO, NC, NM, NV, PA, SC, TN, TX, VA, WA, WI; CE approved in: AL, AR, AZ, CA, CO, CT, FL, GA, IA, IL, KY, MI, MO, NC, NJ, NM, NV, OH, PA, SC, TN, TX, VA, WA, WI.). KW offers nonvocational training to help individuals become better real estate agents. KW is not an approved provider of state real estate PL or CE. Any questions regarding PL and CE course content or technology should be directed to Kaplan Real Estate Education.
